The Central Business Office (CBO) Business Operations Specialist is responsible for providing expert guidance and training of healthcare business operations and processes, including ensuring the integrity of insurance, patient demographics and revenue capture. This position will lead projects related to changes and/or improvements in First Physician Group's (FPG's) practice management system and business intelligence systems. The Business Operations specialist will serve as the main communicator with the practice sites for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance regulatory, payment methodology and contractual changes and additions.
