This leader has program management oversight and is responsible for the planning, organizing, developing, and implementation of department initiatives in the area of organization development and performance with a strong focus on data analytics and program metrics
and reporting utilizing Quality Improvement (QI) methods.
In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals.
- Require a bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration, or related field. Relevant work experience in healthcare or business administration in a leadership role can be considered on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the required degree.
- Require three (3) to five (5) years of program management experience with a strong focus in Clinical Data, Metrics, SMART Metrics, Physician Incentives, Program Data and Reporting (including data submission), Problem Analysis using QI Methods preferably within a
healthcare or physician office setting.
*A clinical background would be considered a plus.

- Prefer demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and cost center-based management.
