Job Summary

The clinical supervisor will assist with oversight of daily operations, including clinical staffing and scheduling, supply management, and collaboration with front office lead to improve communication and workflows between the front and back office. They will be present on the clinical floor and at the nurses’ station to support the clinical team and providers with situations that arise. They will also serve as backup for the other clinical supervisor in overseeing the nuclear stress lab and nurse visits.

 

Additionally, the clinical supervisor will work closely with the multi-specialty manager and other clinical supervisor on growth initiatives such as advanced imaging, North Port, EPIC-integrated workflows, staffing models, regulatory compliance, and addressing various clinical matters, including patient care in the office and insurance appeals.

Required Qualifications

- Require two (2) years of healthcare experience.
- Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- Require Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date.
- Require an active State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prefer two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or physician office setting.

Work Days/Shift/Start Time

Monday through Friday 8:00-4:30
