We are scheduling virtual Interviews on Wednesday, March 4th between 8:30 am and 3:00pm. 

 

Hiring for Patient Relation II positions (front desk/office positions)

 

Patient Relations Rep II: 

-Responsible for patient related activities, which include patient scheduling, patient check-in, checkout, and follow up activities.

-Acts as a liaison between physician, patient, facility and insurance company.

-Handles collections of money/payments from patient at time of checkout. .

-Observes strict confidentiality in dealing with patients and patient information.

Currently hiring at various provider offices located in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Venice Areas areas:  

  • Family Practice
  • Pediatrics
  • Internal Medicine
  • ENT (ear, nose and throat)
  • GI
  • OB/Gyn
  • Neurology
  • Neurosurgery
  • Endocrinology
  • Laryngology
  • Pulmonology
  • Cardiology
  • Urolog

*At least 1 year of experience in a physicians office or other healthcare office is preferred.  

*Office/admin and customer service expereince preferred. 

*Experience is not required but but must be comfortable working on the computer, answering phones and face-to-face interactions with patients and others on the team (including physicians, nurses, medical assistants and other office staff).

Required Qualifications

- Require computer, keyboard and data input skills.
- Require pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Require skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Require demonstrated initiative and self-direction.
- Require ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining proficiency and efficiency.
- Require dependability/reliability.

 

Preferred Qualifications

- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a physician office.
- Prefer a professional, neat appearance with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Prefer basic knowledge of third party payers.
- Prefer knowledge of EHR/EMR.
- Prefer knowledge of medical terminology.
- Prefer skills in all Microsoft office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Access).
- Prefer some college or vocational training.

Mandatory Education

High School Diploma, GED or Certificate

 

*Must be able to provide proof of education (copy or photo of your diploma or GED, or transcrips showing date completed). 

Work Days/Shift/Start Time

*All positions are Monday – Friday. 

*Day shift (Offices are typically open between 8am to 5pm). 

*8 hour shifts. 

*No weekends or Holidays.
