This leader has operational accountability and oversight, and manages the daily activities of the department or area. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals. Serves as the Senior Manager of the Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA), and supports the planning, coordination, and execution of the FQHC-LA operations and community engagement. Serves as a key senior manager between internal departments, clinical sites, community partners, and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered in alignment with Health Center Program requirements, quality and patient experience to meet community needs.
- Require Master's degree in health administration, public health, business administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
-Require three (3) to five (5) years of experience in healthcare administration, new program coordination, community health, or related roles.
- Prefer working knowledge of healthcare compliance, managed care, and basic clinic operations.
- Prefer strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prefer strong project management skills, including use of tracking tools, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
- Prefer experience with Epic, compliance community partnerships.
- Prefer experience supporting program start-up, expansion, or transformation initiatives in healthcare or community health settings.
- Prefer experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and basic data analysis or reporting.
