FPG is currently hiring for Medica Assistant, LPN and RN positions at various provider offices/locations.  

 

Hiring event by appointment only at Sarasota Memorial Hospital  - Sarasota Campus

 

Event Location: 

Sarasota Memorial Hospital: 1700 S Tamiami Trl, Sarasota, FL 34239

*Oncology Round Conference Room - located by the hospital's front entrance.

  • Medical Assistant - Salary Range: $20.00/hr-$28.20/hr)
  • LPN - Salary Range: $24.50/hr-$36.50/hr
  • RN - Salary Range: $29.10/hr-$44.50/hr

 

Provider offices are located in Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and Venice Areas areas.

Specialized training in patient management for a wide range of health concerns.

Required Qualifications

*Medical Assistant Requirements (Clinical Care Coordinator I): 

Requires current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by:

-American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA),

-National Healthcare Association (NHA)

-National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)

OR Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) by:

-American Medical Technologists (AMT)

-Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)

-National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP); OR a certified EMT.

 

Note: Experienced medical assistants with a minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience, and with a certification from a certifying agency not noted above, or without certification, agrees to register with one of the currently accepted agencies for MA Certification and schedule a test date within 6 months from date of hire.

 

Test for certification may be beyond the six (6) month date.

Certification must be received and presented to HR within 12 months of date of hire.

 

*LPN (Clinical Care Coordinator II): 

- Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.

- LPN License (FL)

 

*RN (Clinical Care Coordinator III):

- Require graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- Require a minimum of one (1) year of clinical practice experience in a medical/physician office setting.

- RN license (FL)

 

Required License and Certs

- Basic Life Support/CPR certification; or must be obtained within thirty (30) days of hire/transfer date (required for all clinical positions)

*We accept BLS certifications from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Online only certifications not accepted. 

Work Days/Shift/Start Time

*All positions are Monday – Friday. 

*Day shift (shifts may vary but most offices are open between 8am - 5pm). 

*8 hour shifts only. 

*No weekend or Holidays.
