Job Summary

This leader plans, develops and provides operational oversight and management of business development and marketing to ensure consistent best practice standards guide the provision of care for all FPG offices and FPG inpatient specialties. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior while ensuring department and division projects and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

- Require a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or related discipline.
- Require a minimum of two (2) years of experience in strategic planning, operations, business development, financial management, project management and/or program planning. A master's degree in business or healthcare administration can substitute for required years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prefer American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) certification.
- Prefer proficiency in computer software programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, practice management software, Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Outlook.
- Prefer strong communication skills and ability to effectively consult and counsel all levels of management staff.
- Prefer skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Prefer ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solution.
- Prefer ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem solving.
- Prefer effective leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork and site/cost center-based management.
