This leader has operational accountability and oversight, and manages the daily activities of First Physician Group Clinical Services. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals.
- Require Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with current state of Florida licensure.
- Require an Associate degree. Relevant physician office work experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree.
- Require a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience, preferably in a physician office setting. 
- Prefer previous supervisory experience.
- Prefer demonstrated leadership skills and understanding of group processes, teamwork, and site/cost center-based management.
- Prefer demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Prefer demonstrated effective communication skills at all levels.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through on the solution.
- Prefer demonstrated knowledge of computer software programs including: Word, Excel, Intergy, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to lead office clinical groups and perform and document workflow analysis.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to use tact and diplomacy in situations of conflict and controversy.
- Prefer demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starter.
